11.06

So today will be a good day after the disaster of yesterday.  Leftover rice, mushroom and chard in an omelette for breakfast, cheese salad sandwich for lunch and takeaway burger and chips for tea.  Whoopsie...

So today I will avoid bread completely.  Breakfast this morning is a large fruit salad with watermelon, gala melon, pineapple and blueberries and a bowl of muesli and a small amount of skimmed milk.  Lunch is going to be beetroot (from the lottie) and feta cheese salad (with lettuce from lottie too!)  and dinner is going to be chickpea biryani.  Fingers crossed for a good food day!!!.
